Reid's First Birthday - Cheerio Style!!

Sweet baby Reid...one year old.  I enjoyed making your special day all about you and your love of Cheerios!!  Thank you Lord for picking me to be his mommy.  We are so truly blessed!  We hope everyone enjoyed his day.  It wouldn't have been the same without everyone celebrating with us!

Instead of digging into the cake, Reid very patiently picked off all the cheerios to eat before the cake!!  Silly boy!

Reid loved the cheerios and balloons much more than the cake :)  He'll learn...

All nice and clean after his bath...wrestling with daddy!

The birthday boy has to get in the bounce house too!

End of Summer and Back to School!

We're teased with cooler fall air, we're back to school and fall is almost upon us.  So I guess I better get up to date with the blog.  There are several end of summer pics I've been wanting to share...just so you can see how big the boys are getting.

The boys went on a jet ski with daddy and had a picnic on the dock and all!  They had a blast going 'faster than fast!!' all day long!
Reid is getting big and into everything.  He keeps us busy...but with that smile he gets away with everything!

On one of the last days of summer...the kids were all playing outside and it was perfect time for some last summer pics.  They are growing up too fast!  Here's Max and Sydney.  She's so much taller than him...it was better to have them lay in the grass.  They will start school the same year...but as you can see Max will be on the shorter end of his class :)
Rising first graders!!  I'm surprised they agreed to these pics...but I think they knew they really didn't have a choice :)  Smart boys!!!
Aiden and Griffin...first graders!!!  I still can't believe it!
They could only stand still for so long...

I.LOVE.THIS.KID!  He's so photogenic!  I think over the years he's learned to give momma a good smile the first time and the pain is over quick!  Or maybe he's just that cute!!  Who knows...maybe a little of both!
 Back to school - 2012!

Ready to learn in Mrs. O'Dell's room!
And what do we do the first day of school?  Go ziplining!  Richland Creek Canopy Tours in Asheboro is awesome, family friendly and affordable!!!  The guides are funny and really make the experience!  We'll definitely be back!  Only $40...and you get a $5 discount if you have a group larger than 6!!  Can't get better than that!

We both had the day off so we made use of our time and had a date!  Much cheaper since the kids were in school and we didn't have to pay for sitters!!  I.LOVE.THIS.MAN!!!

Finishing the first day of school with a cool treat!!  These are awesome kids!
